All services are subject to written agreements or digital confirmations outlining scope, fees, and deliverables.

Fees and payment structures will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Invoices are payable in EUR within the timeframe stated (typically 14–30 days).
Candidate Representation
Candidates submitting CVs or profiles to M365Recruit agree that:
- Information provided is accurate and current.
- M365Recruit may process data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contractual necessity).
- M365Recruit may contact candidates regarding suitable roles and opportunities.
We do not share candidate data without prior consent.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials on this website are the property of M365Recruit or its licensors.
